How To Use: 

1. Take a look at the ring inserts and pick one that you think will fit around the finger you'll be wearing the ring on. 
2. Slip the plastic ring onto your finger (do not force it on) and give your hand a shake to ensure a good fit. 
3. If too loose or too tight, try the next size up or down.

When sizing, keep in mind your fingers swell and contract daily depending on several factors (like sodium or alcohol intake, temperature, or simply how hydrated/dehydrated you might be).
