Refund policy

We will gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations
Contact me within: 3 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 7 days of delivery, non damaged and in the original package
Request a cancellation within: 24 hours of purchase for full refund
The following items can NOT be returned or exchanged. Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom made jewelry, special orders or personalized orders
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. There is a $150 restock fee for all returns. You will be refunded back less that fee via the method of payment used.
