Ring Return

Before proceeding with a ring return, please ensure that a Ring Exchange is not what you're in need of instead.

Not happy with your ring purchase from us? We're sorry to see you go, but we understand how important it is to have the perfect ring, even if it's not from us. 

Return Instructions: 

1. Proceed to checkout with the "Ring Return" in your cart.
2. Securely package up your Rings by Pristine ring, activity band, and olive wood display box.
3. Head to your preferred carrier (UPS, USPS, FedEx) and send your return to:
