If you see a ring we have on our website and want to make changes to that item Or have another style in mind, we can custom create together. I will offer a price estimate and you would make a 30% deposit to start the order, we will design the item and show you 3D CAD renderings to approve. Once CAD is approved The Balance payment is required within 7 days to start production.

We can offer 2 variations. More than 2 is $300 new design fee. Please allow 3 weeks for design/production time. Engraving and Eternity style rings are considered Custom. $300 CAD fee is non refundable if you cancel. Custom Items are Non refundable or exchangeable. We do our very best to assure you are happy with the design before production begins.

No problem, we can resize it down for $75 flat fee in one week.. Sizing up will be from $150 and up depending on the ring size you need.  If you need a larger size, just let us know. Prices for eternity style rings can vary, please ask for details about your specific ring.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS; You are responsible for any custom fees or local taxes.

You will Receive your amazing item in a premium Jewelry box, securely packaged in a padded priority or express USPS shipping package or Fed EX. Signature is required, if you are not home it will be available for pick up at your local post office or Fed Ex office. Your tracking # will be under your purchase order and you will be notified when we ship.

Complimentary Replacement Value Report can be included for items over $2000, upon request. Most Insurance companies will accept this for items under $10,000 value. Otherwise you can seek your own appraisal, we do not offer appraisals.

We recommend having jewelry inspected, cleaned and polished Annually for the longevity and beauty of your piece. We offer this for free 1 time annually for life:) You just pay shipping.

We recommend not using sonic cleaners as this can loosen stones.

I love a jewelry cleaner called Blitz and can be found on amazon. Using this with a baby soft tooth brush and hot water rinse will get your jewelry sparkly again.

PLEASE REMEMBER, you have purchased a fine jewelry item. WE do not recommend wearing it to the gym or other harsh things.

NON CUSTOM items can be returned within 7 days less a 10% restock fee. Contact me for approval before your return and instructions. Damaged or worn items will not be accepted for return or exchange. If you want to exchange an item we will waive the restock fee for items of equal or more value. One time exchange offered. CUSTOM MADE items can NOT be returned, exchanged or refunded. Custom is considered anything we have designed for you or modified.Eternity and engraved items are custom. It is important you understand and agree to this policy, by purchasing a custom item you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.
 

Charles and Colvard Moissanite, Harro Gem Moissanite and Pristine Moissanite comes with a Authenticity Lifetime Warranty for you to register online. Pristine Moissanite is registered by us for you for its Lifetime Warranty.

USA Warranty/Repairs :
We offer a 1 year product warranty which covers replacing any missing accent stones DAMAGED OR LOST ITEMS ARE NOT COVERED UNDER WARRANTY. We can repair for a fee after the warranty expires. Any work done to your item, outside of Pristine Customs Rings is subject to warranty void.
INTERNATIONAL Warranty/ Repairs:
We can send you the pave stones that are missing for you to have repaired locally. We will refund you the fair US market price for the repair done local to you.

We hand select every diamond and gemstone we use for your custom jewelry purchase. The diamond melee, moissanites, lab created gems and precious gems are selected and approved by us. Your quality piece is made by our goldsmiths and over seen by John. I inspect all items before I ship and can send you a video as well. Our prices are not as low as some because we make rings built to last for lifetimes! They are not flimsy rings. Because most of our items are made to order the carat weights can vary. The CAD and new custom made rings will be estimated weights until the ring has been made. Eternity style rings based on the ring size you are.

We have some special gemstones we have sent in for grading by GIA (Gemologogical Institute of America) It is timely and costly to do this,unless its value of at least $1000, we do not find it necessary. If you prefer a certified stone, it can be done for $300 and takes 4-6 weeks.

We source our gems from the finest cutters and are all ethically sourced. I personally hand select every gem we use and most of our gemstones are of AAAA grade, Gem Quality and priced very well.

We only use Conflict Free diamonds based on the Trusted Kimberly Process.
